Branded Electronics/Tools (e.g., Hisense, Makita): These come with the manufacturer’s warranty card. If a technical fault occurs, you will need to contact the manufacturer’s authorized service center directly. Az-Zaman Household does not process warranty claims.

You must inspect your package while the delivery person is still present.
If you see damage: Reject the item immediately and hand it back to the rider. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
If you accept the item: Once the rider leaves, we cannot accept responsibility for any physical damage, scratches, or dents.
The same rule applies. Please check your package thoroughly upon arrival at the bus station or delivery point. If there is damage, do not accept the package and contact us immediately while at the station.
