  • Availability: All products displayed on our website and social media channels are subject to availability. In the event that an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and arrange for a solution (such as a refund or a substitute product).

  • Usage: Our products are intended for personal, domestic use unless otherwise stated.


3. Pricing

  • Currency: All prices are listed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) unless stated otherwise.

  • Changes: Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. However, the price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is confirmed.

  • Promotions: Any discounts or promotional offers will be clearly marked and are subject to validity periods.


4. Payment Terms We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (where applicable)

  • Bank Transfers

  • Mobile Money Transfers

Your payment information is encrypted and processed securely. Full payment must be authorized or received before goods are dispatched, unless Cash on Delivery is selected.


5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Coverage: We offer shipping services to various locations across Tanzania.

  • Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of the products ordered. These fees will be communicated to you before final checkout.

  • Timelines: Delivery times are estimates. While we aim to deliver promptly, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather). Az-Zaman Household is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.


6. Inspection, Returns, and Refunds Policy Please read this section carefully.

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: It is mandatory that you inspect all items thoroughly while the delivery person is still present.

  • Acceptance: Once you accept the item and the delivery person leaves, the sale is considered final.

  • No Returns/Refunds: We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any damage, defects, or issues reported after the delivery has been accepted.

  • Rejection: If you find a defect or damage during the inspection at the time of delivery, you must reject the item immediately.


7. Assembly and Installation Services Assembly and installation are not included in the standard purchase price.

  • Our Assembly Service: For specific items (e.g., fans, simple racks), we may offer assembly services for an additional fee. Note that our technicians are typically available only after 5:30 PM.

  • Third-Party Technicians: For hardware, furniture, or complex items, we may provide contact details for independent qualified technicians.

  • Liability: Az-Zaman Household is not responsible for any charges, damages, or losses incurred during assembly or maintenance performed by third parties or independent technicians.


8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Tanzanian law, Az-Zaman Household shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

  • Damages resulting from improper assembly, misuse, or neglect of the product after delivery.


9. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
